Group, Tim worked at 3M Canada Company, where he held various roles, including Intern, Abrasives Manufacturing Supervisor, Corporate and Manufacturing IT Systems Analyst, and eBusiness Manager. This experience provided a strong foundation in business operations, IT systems, and digital transformation within large-scale corporate environments.
Tim holds a BSc with Honours from Western University (UWO), further demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and professional growth.
