WIT Support Plus will allow your employees unlimited IT Support calls 8:30am- 5pm EST with emergency after hours service included*. If you often have outages after regular business hours or operate on a different schedule than the average 9-5, then this package might be for you.

Reporting and Updates
You want to know what’s happening in your business. We will be monitoring your server for vulnerabilities, out of date patches and general cleanup of your systems. At the end of each month you will get a report of everything that happened with your server. We will apply critical or otherwise updates and look at future security.
