At the end of each month you will get a report of everything that happened with your server. We will apply critical or otherwise updates and look at future security.

WIT Support Plus will allow your employees unlimited IT Support calls 8:30am- 5pm EST with emergency after hours service included*. If you often have outages after regular business hours or operate on a different schedule than the average 9-5, then this package might be for you.

For a monthly fee your I.T. team can consult with our experts remotely as required 8:30am-5pm EST. For as low as $10/month per user our specialists can help guide your team through any high level tech complications they may not be able to navigate.

WIT Assist Plus

WIT Assist Plus allows your I.T. team to consult with our experts remotely as required 8:30am-5pm EST with emergency after hours service included*. This package is for companies with their own I.T. department who may need our specialists to help with any high level tech complications.

WIT Help

Unlimited level 1 remote help desk for your users. If your employees need help creating a password, user account changes or assistance with MS Office programs** our remote technicians can help 8:30am-5pm EST. We will provide assistance and escalate any issues to your internal I.T. team. Escalation to level two issues with be billed separately if requested.
