Before joining Western I.T. Group, Tim worked at 3M Canada Company, where he held various roles, including Intern, Abrasives Manufacturing Supervisor, Corporate and Manufacturing IT Systems Analyst, and eBusiness Manager. This experience provided a strong foundation in business operations, IT systems, and digital transformation within large-scale corporate environments.
Tim holds a BSc with Honours from Western University (UWO), further demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and professional growth.
