What is covered by WITSupport?

When you sign up for one of our WITSupport packages there are a number of services covered.

Hardware not Working?

If you’re having a hard time with hardware (PC’s, Network equipment, Servers, ect), we are able to assist your team in fixing it. Should the hardware be beyond repair, we are able to order replacement hardware* as soon as possible so you can get back up and running.

Unlimited Support

Take away the hesitation to contact us and solve your issues faster. You and your employees can call us anytime you are in need of technical assistance. With one monthly bill, this saves you and your employees time, productivity, and therefore money in the long run.

Password Reset

It happens to everyone, you forgot your password. We do not keep your passwords on file, but we are able to reset them for you so you can add your new password and continue on. No more trying a million times until you get it right!

Protection and Backup

One of the biggest perks of our Support packages is the data protection it comes with. Your company will receive all the benefits of WITProtect including data backup, cloud prevention and more.

Flexible Service

Our basic packages run 8:30am-5pm. However if you work outside of the regular 9-5 hours, WITG offers after hour packages at competitive rates. If basic, level one assistance is all you require, we offer WITHelp. Should you already have an I.T. department, we can offer you WITAssist which will help your team with higher level I.T. issues.
